1. Definitions
- "Service" — any plumbing service provided by Harmoni Tukang, including Faucet & Hose Quick Service, Multi-Drain Inspection, and Renovation Plumbing Coordination.
- "User" / "You" — any person who accesses our website or submits a booking enquiry.
- "We" / "Us" / "Our" — Harmoni Tukang, registered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- "Website" — the website operated at harmonit.pro.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions as accepted when you use our website or book a service.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or submitting a service request, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement (e.g., you are the property owner or an authorised representative)
- You have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or submit booking requests.
3. Service Description
Harmoni Tukang provides residential plumbing services in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. Our three service types are described in full on the Solutions page of our website. Each service is priced at a fixed rate, with specific scope as defined at the time of booking.
Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic coverage. We currently serve Bangsar and surrounding areas including Damansara Heights, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, and Cheras. Availability outside these areas is at our discretion.
We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested work falls outside the scope of our listed services or if site conditions make the visit unsafe or impractical.
4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information when submitting a booking enquiry
- Ensure the main water stop-cock or relevant isolators are accessible at the time of the visit
- Be present at the property or arrange access during the agreed appointment window
- Inform us of any relevant conditions at the property (e.g., asbestos, structural concerns, ongoing works) before the visit
- Not attempt to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the website
5. Payment Terms
Our services are priced as follows:
- Faucet & Hose Quick Service — RM 250
- Multi-Drain Inspection — RM 295
- Renovation Plumbing Coordination — RM 1,460
Payment is due upon completion of the visit unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major e-wallet payment methods. Prices are inclusive of labour and standard parts for the listed service type. Non-standard or specialty parts required beyond the service scope will be discussed and agreed before use.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit: no charge
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the visit: a cancellation fee of RM 50 may apply
- No-show by the client without notice: full service fee may be charged
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, layout, and branding — is the property of Harmoni Tukang unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our content commercially without prior written consent. You are permitted to access and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference.
7. Disclaimers
Our website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. While we take care to provide accurate information and quality workmanship, we do not warrant that:
- The website will be error-free or continuously available
- A plumbing issue will not recur after servicing
- Parts replaced will perform without limitation for any specific period
Plumbing advice shared verbally or in written job notes is based on observations made during the visit. It does not constitute a structural survey or formal engineering assessment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Harmoni Tukang's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service visit in question. We are not liable for:
- Consequential or indirect losses
- Loss of income or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- Pre-existing conditions at the property that were not disclosed or visible during the visit
9. Termination
Either party may cancel a scheduled visit as described in Section 5. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking if on-site conditions are unsafe, if the requested work is outside our service scope, or if the client has acted in an abusive or threatening manner toward our staff.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services will first be addressed through informal resolution. Contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 10 business days.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
