Variable "call us for a quote" pricing is standard in residential plumbing. We chose fixed prices because it removes the back-and-forth and lets households plan maintenance without waiting for an estimate.

Parts for the listed service are included. If something outside the scope is required, we discuss it before proceeding — no added charges without consent.

Drain Flow Speed Records

Our Multi-Drain Inspection produces a written note with the flow speed and condition of each drain — not just a verbal "looks fine." This gives renovation contractors and homeowners a useful reference point.

Pre-Tiling Pressure Test

For renovation jobs, we pressure-test the new water line layout before tile and finishing work begins. Finding a problem after tiles are laid costs far more than finding it on the test day.

Same Practitioner Returns

We don't rotate staff randomly on return visits. The same person who did your first inspection will handle any follow-up — because they already know your pipe layout and what was flagged last time.
