What Households Actually Say After the Visit
We don't ask clients to leave reviews immediately. These come in over time — some weeks later, some after a second booking.

Kitchen tap had been dripping for months. Called Harmoni, they came the next morning. Had the cartridge in the van, job done in under two hours. They left a note of what they replaced. Haven't had a single drip since.

We had them do the multi-drain inspection before our bathroom renovation. The written report they provided actually helped our contractor understand what needed rerouting. That kind of documentation is not something you usually get from a plumber.

Fixed price was what convinced me to book. No estimate, no negotiation — RM 250 and that's it. They arrived in the morning slot as agreed, replaced the washing machine hose and checked the tap. Very tidy. I'd use them again.

Used the renovation coordination service for a wet kitchen extension. Kelvin came out, walked the layout with my contractor, and identified two drain points that were off by enough to cause a problem later. Pressure test passed cleanly. Very professional approach.

The drain inspection flagged that our balcony drain had a slow trap — not blocked, but heading there. We wouldn't have known until it became a problem. Good to have it on record and they cleaned what they could access that same visit.

Second time using them. First time was the faucet service a year ago, this time the drain inspection before we redid the main bathroom. Consistent — same care, same written notes. They remembered the previous visit when I called, which was a nice touch.

How It Went
Three Case Studies
CASE STUDY 01 — BANGSAR
Kitchen Tap Serviced, Washing Machine Hose Replaced
SITUATION
A Bangsar apartment household had a kitchen tap that dripped overnight and a washing machine inlet hose that had started to show surface cracking. They wanted both sorted in one visit.
WHAT WE DID
Confirmed the Faucet & Hose service was the right fit. Carried a selection of cartridges and hose sizes. Replaced the worn cartridge on the kitchen tap and fitted a new braided hose on the washing machine inlet in a single morning slot.
OUTCOME
Job completed in 90 minutes. No return visit needed. Left a note confirming both parts replaced and that the connections were leak-free on departure.
CASE STUDY 02 — DAMANSARA HEIGHTS
Full Drain Inspection Before a Bathroom Renovation
SITUATION
A household planning a master bathroom overhaul wanted a documented baseline of their existing drain conditions before their contractor began demolition and layout changes.
WHAT WE DID
Ran the Multi-Drain Inspection across all four drains in the house. Noted flow speeds, cleaned two accessible traps, and flagged that the existing master bath floor drain had a partial restriction that hadn't yet caused problems but would likely need clearing before the new floor was laid.
OUTCOME
Contractor used the written report to plan the rerouting. The flagged drain was cleared during demolition. Homeowner avoided discovering the restriction after new tiles were in place.
CASE STUDY 03 — TAMAN TUN DR ISMAIL
Renovation Coordination for a Wet Kitchen Extension
SITUATION
Mid-renovation, a household adding a wet kitchen extension needed the water line layout verified, drain points confirmed, and a pressure test done before tiling commenced. Their contractor lacked plumbing coordination experience.
WHAT WE DID
Visited the site, reviewed the planned pipe routes with the contractor, and identified that one sink drain point was positioned too close to the wall for standard P-trap access. Adjusted the coordinate before any concrete was poured. Ran a full pressure test after new lines were fitted.
OUTCOME
Pressure test passed. No rework required after tiling. Contractor received a site note they could keep on file. Extension completed on schedule.
