How We Approach Every Job
Each visit starts with a clear scope agreed in advance. We confirm which service applies to your situation, carry the parts we're likely to need, and schedule a half-day window that fits your calendar. When the work is done, we test connections or flow before packing up and leave a brief written note on what was completed and anything else we noticed that may need attention later.
Scope Confirmed
Service type and price agreed before scheduling.
Van Prepared
Relevant parts loaded based on confirmed service.
Work Completed
Surfaces protected, water isolated, job done safely.
Notes Handed Over
Written record left with the homeowner before we leave.
Service 01
Faucet & Hose Quick Service
RM 250 per visit
A short, focused visit for households needing one faucet serviced and one hose replaced — for example, the kitchen tap and the washing machine inlet hose. Common replacement parts are carried on the van specifically to reduce the chance of a return trip.
What's Included:
- One faucet inspection and servicing (washers, O-rings, cartridge if needed)
- One hose replacement (standard inlet or outlet type)
- Common parts included in the service price
- Post-work leak check and connection test
- Written note of what was done
Process Steps:
- 1. Water isolator located and closed
- 2. Faucet dismantled, worn parts identified and replaced
- 3. Hose disconnected, new hose fitted and tightened
- 4. Water restored, connections checked for drips
- 5. Work area cleaned, job note written
TYPICAL DURATION
1 – 2 hours
Service 02
Multi-Drain Inspection
RM 295 per visit
A complete inspection of all drains in the household — kitchen, every bathroom, and the balcony if applicable. We note flow speeds and any items that need attention, and clean accessible traps during the same visit.
What's Included:
- All household drains inspected (kitchen, bathrooms, balcony)
- Flow speed recorded for each drain
- Light cleaning of accessible traps
- Written inspection report provided at end of visit
- Recommendations listed for any drains requiring follow-up
Suitable If:
- Drains have never been formally checked
- You're planning a renovation and need a baseline record
- Occasional slow drainage in one or more areas
TYPICAL DURATION
2 – 3 hours
Service 03
Renovation Plumbing Coordination
RM 1,460 per engagement
For households mid-renovation. Covers water line layout, drain placement, fixture mounting point verification, and pressure testing — all done before tiles and finishing work begin. We coordinate the timing of our visit directly with your general contractor.
What's Included:
- Water line layout review and confirmation
- Drain placement check relative to fixture positions
- Fixture mounting point verification
- Full pressure test before tiling begins
- Direct contractor communication and scheduling coordination
- Written site notes handed to homeowner and contractor
When to Book:
Before your tiles are ordered. Once tiling begins, moving a drain or a water point becomes significantly more costly. This service is designed to catch and resolve those layout issues while changes are still straightforward.
TYPICAL SCOPE
Half to full day
